At The Pearly Loft, every piece is handmade with care. Because of this, I’m unable to offer traditional returns once an item has been worn. However, I want you to feel confident and happy with your jewelry.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping label when sending back an item for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. I’ll gladly work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

Repairs

  • I offer repair services for a small fee, which varies depending on whether it’s a bracelet, necklace, or earrings.

  • If it’s a minor fix within 30 days of purchase, I’ll repair it complimentary.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending an item for repair.

  • Please send me photos of your piece so I can provide an estimate and guide you through the next steps.
