Hi, I’m Annie, the maker behind The Pearly Loft. I design and hand-make every piece myself. If you love everyday style and root for small businesses, you’re in the right place.

The Pearly Loft Mission

The Pearly Loft exists to make pearls feel effortless in the modern era.
Not “for older women.” Not “special occasions only.” Pearls deserve to be worn when you want to wear them, casually, dressed up, to work, to dinner, special events, to the grocery store. Because you carry your own energy… and you’re the main character in your life.

Every piece is designed with sensitive skin in mind and made with quality materials that are meant to last. And as a one-woman brand, I hope The Pearly Loft also stands as proof that you can build something meaningful on your own, and inspires other as well.

I’m inspired by life’s little joys. The kind that stay with you. A conversation that makes you feel seen, a beautiful moment you didn’t plan, a memory you return to when you need comfort. I design with that feeling in mind: pieces that hold meaning, not just shine.

Quality matters to me for a personal reason. I’ve worn jewelry that irritated my ears, turned quickly, or didn’t last, and I never want my customers to deal with that. That’s why I choose high-quality materials made for everyday wear. I love working with 14k gold-filled because it gives you the look and longevity you want without the solid-gold price tag. Growing up, solid gold wasn’t something I could easily afford, and I believe there shouldn’t be a barrier to beautiful jewelry. Plus, gold-filled is tied to gold, so when gold prices rise, your Pearly Loft pieces naturally increase in value too.

And pearls? Pearls are my signature because they’re the only gemstone created by life, formed by oysters and mussels over time. There’s something poetic about that: life creating beauty, passing it forward… to another beautiful life — you.

What “slow fashion” means here

I don’t mass-produce. I make in small batches, with care and consistency. That means: materials chosen for longevity and comfort, details built to hold up (I weld jump rings shut to keep chains secure, pieces designed to stay timeless, not trend out in two weeks

Materials you can feel good about

I use Grade-A freshwater pearls, 14k gold-filled (5% gold by total weight, base layer - brass), Sterling silver chains, wire, and findings (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper = nickel free), and Crystals sometimes!

Freshwater pearls are from an ethical source in Zhejiang, China and responsibly farmed. I work with trusted suppliers for both pearls and metal components.

Want a necklace adjusted, a bracelet fit tweak, or a design idea brought to life? I offer custom work and small modifications when possible. Custom requests start with a deposit that goes toward your final piece.
